Iron Armies - Redesigned Major Ikaruga

Ikaruga is literally the muscle of the evil robot empire, he is responsible for leading the ground armies. But, like his name suggests, he does have two polar opposite personalities. He can be the toughest leader that Denaria has ever seen, but when things don't go his way, he becomes the most cowardly, high-pitch-voiced, insecure little bitch ever.

He is the first of the Shmup leaders that show up in the story.
